"The room was clean, but there was a little trim damage in the bathroom. We were just there for a quick overnight before a morning flight. We appreciated the cold breakfast sacks, but it would have been much nicer to have the hot breakfast (served starting at 7:00am on the weekends instead of 5:30am on weekdays). Shuttle was great!"

"very decent room for the price, proximity to the airport. the room is clean and a good size. the only complaint I have is the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose, the toilet made a very loud screech a few seconds after flushing, and there was no soap (body wash or hand soap) when we got in, though they quickly brought us some bars of soap to wash hands with after we asked. Overall, very good experience considering we booked last minute to rest before a flight, and they were able to accomodate a family of 8. I think if they pay a little bit more attention to the bathrooms, I'd definitely recommend it and return here. "

"Airport shuttle is a plus. Close to the South Congress area for a good breakfast ~ 15 minutes by Uber. Clean room and helpful staffs"

"Cool property but the staff updated my room reservation with an additional guest without my authorization. Thankfully it was a friend moving from another room but imagine it wasn’t! The point is I did not authorize it and my name was on the reservation. Not a serious deal for me personally but it could be for someone else. That should be taken very seriously. "
